FOCUS
Our experience and that of our partner companies is born not just from the recent boom in cryptocurrencies but from the lessons learned during the dotcom bubble of 1998-2000 and the financial crisis of 2006-2008. We are not risk averse, but our approach is that certain fundamental principles and due diligence questions will always be relevant. We recognize the economic -- not just technological -- potential of the blockchain revolution, yet we are focused on evaluating each economic model on its own merits.

ABOUT GOTHAM CRYPTO
Gotham Crypto was founded in August 2018 to provide expertise in business strategy, capital markets and global access to established businesses, entrepreneurs and investors. We work to bridge the information gap between traditional business models and the emerging economic opportunities made possible with blockchain technology.

The firm was started by Ed Cotler, a former Vice President of Investment Banking from Goldman Sachs who spent many years on Wall Street building businesses, due diligencing complex transactions and working with leaders of both established and startup companies. We aim to bridge the expertise of existing capital markets with the vision of future business leaders.
